Discover ways you can learn to be healthier
Perfect for groups of 5 or more, may be valuable when friends purchase together. Corporate meetings, general wellness or weight loss, a get together with friends/family or a fun girls night learning about nutrition. Can be tailored to topics of your choice: general nutrition, heart health, blood sugar management, weight management (weight loss/gain) and sports nutrition. Expect about an hour (1hr) for this session.
Initial individual nutrition counseling sessions. Discussion of clients goals and needs. Learn how much carbohydrates, protein, fat, calories, vitamins, minerals and water your body requires. Expect about an hour (1hr) for this session.
Follow up nutrition counseling sessions to keep you on track and stay focused. Great for chronic illness such as obesity, diabetes, heart failure, gastrointestinal diseases, cancer and kidney disease. Expect about a half an hour (1/2hr) for this session.
Learn what to look for when going food shopping and how to analyze and use the nutrition facts label to meet your health and wellness goals. Suitable for a variety of diverse cultures. Expect about an hour for this session (1hr).
Great for people who eat healthy and fall within a healthy weight range who require management of a food allergy. Expect about a half hour (1/2hr) for this session.
Ideal for those who have a hard time starting a new eating plan or nutrition regimen. Great for people who need continual nutrition therapy to keep on track with weight maintenance, blood sugar and cholesterol control and want to save money long term. Expect a half hour (1/2hr) for follow up sessions. Includes initial individual nutrition counseling session and 3 follow up sessions on a monthly basis to be used in consecutive months.
Total cost savings 35%.
Great for people who need continual nutrition therapy to keep on track with weight maintenance, blood sugar and cholesterol control. Expect about a half hour (1/2hr) for follow up sessions. Client must purchase an initial nutrition counseling session and a 6-month package, then monthly contract may commence.
Six month savings of ~33%.
